GRAPES: Grenache noir: 45%, Tibouren: 25%, Cinsault: 15%, Mourvèdre: 15%

TASTING: Pale salmon pink dress with translucent shades, intense and rich nose, where the hawthorn blossom is confronted with aromas of peach, tangerine and strawberry in the background with mineral notes that remind us of the local shale.

Mineral and fruity taste with a nice dense and persistent flesh, a fine silky grain and retro smell the aromas of citrus never ceasing, with elegance and freshness.

SERVICE: Serve cooled but not iced, to preserve aromas.

FOOD PAIRINGS: Serve cooled as accompaniment to grilled fish or as "aperitif". Best "friend" to Asian and Mediterranean food.
